Rick Tenison
End User Management Expert
Rick Tenison is PSO principal solutions architect focusing on end user management at Quest Software. He joined Quest in 2003, with the acquisition of Ecritical Inc., where he was pre- and post-sales and product evangelist for what is now the Foglight Experience Monitor. At Quest, Rick also has served as an end user pre-sales consultant and solution architect. He has a total of 23 years of IT experience, both with various IT companies and as an independent consultant, including 11years of experience focusing on end user solutions.
While at Quest, Rick has authored white papers on using the Quest end user solution in an operations environment, and implementing the Quest end user solution for POC and post-sales. He attended the University of Central Arkansas, Arizona Western College and Pepperdine University, and served in the U.S. Marine Corps for more than seven years.
