Pontus Rydin is a senior solutions architect with a unique blend of deep technology expertise and business acumen. At Quest Software, which he joined in 2007, Pontus specializes in service oriented software monitoring and management, and often acts as a technology evangelist for Foglight. Pontus is a pioneer of service oriented architecture and has architected and designed several SOA frameworks and tools. Throughout his career of more than 20 years, Pontus has acted as a trusted advisor on software architecture for a large number of Fortune 500 companies. He served in the Swedish Navy and studied electrical engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
